How PepsiCo and Woxi have changed the innovation game with next-generation predictive analytics

Room 1 | 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm | Wednesday, May 8, 2024

PepsiCo set out to develop a better innovation insights and predictive analytics system. It puts sales predictive tools at users’ fingertips, allowing them to identify winners faster, make ideas stronger and build better launch plans. The result is that Pepsi moved from infrequent, point-in-time learning to continuous, predictive consumer-driven decision-making. With Woxi, PepsiCo is now able to use a true test-and-learn platform to understand what is most important, learn fast, get the spending right and reduce churn. PepsiCo is getting much greater impact from the insights they already use, turning those lessons into better sales results.

Key takeaways:

  1. How PepsiCo’s transformational approach to innovation insights, demonstrated via a key case, can help any insights and innovation team be truly agile and make more confident decisions.
  2. How Woxi’s PredictionOS always-on, innovation decision platform is giving decision makers critical information, on-the-fly and at their finger-tips.
  3. How to marry agile research with always-on predictive analytics to drive better innovation journeys and better outcomes on all the new products in your pipeline.
