Room 4 | 11:15 am - 11:45 am | Thursday, February 29, 2024

The recent proliferation of AI has direct implications for the consumer insights sector. As such, the Radius innovation team has been tracking the space for a while now and has developed a perspective on how the industry and corporate brands should be cautiously embracing AI for insights purposes.

The interactive session will cover the following topics.

  • Setting the stage: What is artificial intelligence?
  • Radius POV on AI: Why use it? What is our overall philosophy? (Includes how Radius vets new AI tools.)
  • Radius and AI: Current use cases. By approach – qualitative and Quantitative research. By project phase – survey design through insights delivery (where in reporting it’s appropriate and where it isn’t).
  • Radius and AI: Future potential uses.
  • Watch-outs and cautions.

Key takeaways:

  1. Learn when and how AI is most effective to aid your market research projects.
