Sophia is a data-driven and passionate consumer insights manager at the Vita Coco company. As the first person in her role, she leads consumer insights for the organization across innovation and current business. She has experience in the fabric care and beverage categories, which has given her first-hand experience on the importance of understanding consumer motivations and behavior no matter how young or mature the market is. In this role, she especially enjoys experimenting with new, innovative methodologies to learn about what motivates consumers in the ever-changing beverage industry. She especially enjoys learning about the natural and functional beverage space and how it is changing in the minds of consumers.
