Widely known and respected, Phil Reeve is the president of Reeve & Associates, the leading executive recruiting agency for market research, analytic and sales professionals in the United States.

Phil started Reeve & Associates in 1997 after recognizing the difficulties that traditional recruiting firms experienced while attempting to meet the unique needs of market research organizations and professionals.

Before launching Reeve & Associates, Phil was an executive recruiter for the Career Consulting Group.

He has a BA in communications and English from the University of Connecticut.
