Dave Lundahl, Ph.D. is passionate about fostering innovation to create a healthier, happier world. He founded InsightsNow with a vision to help brands achieve success by changing consumer behavior. He is recognized for his work as a consultant with expertise in product strategy and design and for earlier work in his career as a professor of food science and technology focused on food product innovation at Oregon State University. Dave currently gives back as a member of the advisory board for the Department of Food Science & Technology.
