Chicago (suburb) born and raised, Aly lives in the city with her boyfriend and rescue dog, Winnie. Aly is a supervisor on the foresight and capabilities exploration team at McDonald’s, where she helps embed futures thinking and manage capabilities. Prior to foresight and capabilities, Aly worked in the talent acquisition team at McDonald’s. Spanning talent acquisition, human resources and capabilities management, Aly’s career has been focused on connecting with people and connecting the capabilities of people and services for business benefit.
