Chicago (suburb) born and raised, Aly lives in the city with her boyfriend and rescue dog, Winnie. Aly is a supervisor on the foresight and capabilities exploration team at McDonald’s, where she helps embed futures thinking and manage capabilities. Prior to foresight and capabilities, Aly worked in the talent acquisition team at McDonald’s.
