As the insights lead at Serta Simmons Bedding, a portfolio of sleep brands that includes Serta, Beautyrest, Simmons and Tuft & Needle, Suann’s superpower is candor. She has a passion for inspiring others to push past surface observations and develop high-impact solutions that solve business problems using consumer insights, analytical reasoning and creative thinking. She hopes to add strategic foresight to her skill set in 2024, and is grateful to the University of Georgia’s Master of Marketing Research program for launching her on a 20+ year career in insights.
