Rebecca Farabaugh describes herself as a data-fluent storyteller. As manager of customer insights at Duquesne Light Company in Pittsburgh, she is building the company’s inaugural customer insights team, infusing the voice of the customer into company strategy and culture. Rebecca has a master’s in marketing science from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was recognized as the Sheth Marketing Scholar. Her work in brand strategy and marketing has won multiple awards and was acknowledged in Forbes. Rebecca lives in Pittsburgh with her wife, three kids, three dogs and a cat, where it is never boring and rarely quiet.
