Su leads user research for the professional category at Sonos. She collaborates with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle and her work informs the product development direction and strategy. Before joining Sonos, Su worked at Procter and Gamble, where she oversaw various qualitative, quantitative research and product development projects globally. Over a decade, Su has successfully designed and launched products across North America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America markets leveraging consumer insights. Su received her master’s degree of product design and development from Northwestern University and her BA in engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
