For the past 30 years, Deb made her passion for customer insights into a long and fascinating career. From new homes to diamonds, from brick and mortar to .com, she used her areas of expertise in research, database analytics and direct marketing to unearth consumer nuggets of truth for several organizations. Deb joined Michaels Store Inc. in 2019 to build and lead the insights team. During her tenure at Michaels, Deb developed the infrastructure and in-house research capabilities for quantitative, qualitative, ethnography, social scraping, voice of the customer, brand health and competitive intelligence.
