Tracy Watkins is the manager of insight innovation in customer experience design at Delta Air Lines, where her team is responsible for driving innovation and new capabilities to elevate customer experience across the enterprise. Having been with Delta for more than 20 years, she has served in various leadership roles, each contributing to strategic vision and operational excellence. She is Six Sigma Green Belt-certified and holds a B.S. in computer information systems and business management from Shorter University, as well as an MBA from Columbia Southern University.
