She is passionate about building consumer brand love and unleashing the power of insights to do so! In her current role as VP of consumer insights at Shiseido Americas Corporation (SAC), Jess has been growing the consumer insights practice, partnering with all brands in the SAC portfolio including Shiseido, Nars, Drunk Elephant, Cle de Peau Beaute and Tory Burch Fragrances. Prior to Shiseido Americas Corporation, she has worked in pricing and promotional strategy at Gap and corporate strategy at Tiffany & Co.
