Breanne Armstrong is a director in the global insurance intelligence group at J.D. Power. She focuses on the customer experience in auto, property and individual life insurance and annuities. She has 15+ years of research and consulting experience with seven combined years at J.D. Power in the insurance practice. Prior to rejoining J.D. Power in 2023, Breanne led custom projects across the financial services, health insurance, technology and gaming industries. She enjoyed her time at custom research firms but ultimately her drive to improve the customer experience and undying love for the insurance industry brought her back to J.D. Power.
