Justine Bassman

Director, Insights & Strategy, Understood.org

Justine Bassman is the director of insights and strategy at Understood.org, leading quantitative and qualitative research to support the organization’s and our partners’ learning agendas. Justine’s experience includes overseeing research to develop brand strategy, innovation and advertising for brands like Avon, Jack in the Box, Lysol and Mucinex. Recently Justine joined the Accessible Insights Consortium where she will work alongside Verizon, Ipsos and other leading thought partners to develop and share best practices for accessibility in research. Justine has her MBA with a marketing focus from SDSU and her bachelor’s in marketing and Spanish from TCNJ.
