Julie has been working in marketing research for eight years. It is the perfect marriage of her two passions: improving customer experiences and finding data-driven solutions. Although she started and learned her research foundation in retail and telecommunications, she now has found her home working in gaming. Julie currently works at Pixel United, leading their Player Health Program (NPS/CSAT benchmarking). She loves finding new ways to serve her players and improve their favorite mobile games.
