Eleni Matheou

User Research Lead, Understood.org

Eleni has conducted hundreds of interviews to help Understood center its work on the lived experiences and voices of people who learn and think differently. Prior to coming to Understood, Eleni spent 10+ years at both research and communications agencies, doing mixed-methods research, as well as communication and media strategy, for 30+ companies and government clients. Eleni has a B.A. in visual culture and a BCom in marketing at Monash University in Melbourne and an MBA from University of Cyprus.  She is sensory-seeking, which shines through her colorful clothing, love of travel and interest in eccentric and unique experiences.
