We need to talk about Sydney!

Room 4 | 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm | Thursday, July 20, 2023

We need to talk about Sydney. AI is changing the game in our industry and beyond. And it’s happening right now.

Think about it. How many times have you wished for an all-knowing set of metrics to predict consumer behavior? Or a magic platform to make sense of all that data? Well, with AI, we’re getting pretty close. Some say too close or scarily close and that’s what is at the heart of this talk.

AI is automating the tedious tasks of market research and allowing us to focus on what really matters: understanding our customers. It’s giving us insights that were once thought impossible and helping us develop marketing strategies that hit the mark every time.

In its latest announcement of Co-pilot Microsoft kept mentioning the word drudgery. A drudgery-free world nested in our spreadsheets. Quite a program but what does that even mean? And is Sam, the office Excel wizard soon to be out of a job?

But with great power comes great responsibility. As AI becomes more prevalent in our industry, we need to ask ourselves some tough questions. How do we ensure that it benefits everyone? How do we protect privacy and security? And how do we make sure that our industry remains relevant in this brave new world?

Join us for an engaging discussion on a topic that is already disrupting the future of our industry.

Are you ready?
