The value of simplification and focus when working on complex projects

Room 5 | 11:15 am - 11:45 am | Thursday, July 20, 2023

As humans, we tend to overcomplicate things in our lives when there are typically some relatively easy solutions to be found. If we could step outside of ourselves and look back at our particular complex challenge with an objective mindset, we would be able to find some ways to approach it and find better, more efficient solutions.

In this session, we present a roadmap to providing solutions to complex research engagements from inception to delivery. We will share a few ways in which to approach those complex problems that often come up in market research and offer some best practices for you to adopt which will lead to focused and easy project delivery experiences.

Key takeaways:

  1. Approaches for delivering simple solutions to complex problems.
  2. How to simplify complex analytics engagements at the front and the back end of a study.
  3. Simplifying key elements to make quality measures actionable.
