Malaika Walls serves as the director of consumer insights for the BET Media Group, a Paramount Global Company, where her primary focus is brand, content and strategy. Over the course of her 25-year career, Malaika’s work has driven successful business strategies and marketing tactics of top media companies including HBO, Showtime, Sundance, Sesame Workshop and Smithsonian Channel. Her innovative approach to research has been recognized by the Advertising and Research Foundation (ARF).  She is passionate about representing consumer voices and simplifying research analyses so anyone can use them.
