Daniel is currently the senior manager of consumer insights for innovation at Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU). He is focused on delivering actionable and strategic consumer insights to support BBU’s product innovation pipeline from white space identification all the way to launch. He has had an extensive career of over 16 years of experience in CPG in variety of roles in R&D, corporate strategy, brand marketing, innovation and of course, consumer insights. Daniel received his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
