Victoria Williams

Research Director, Boxclever

Victoria is an experienced research director who loves puzzling through data alongside a chat with customers on the shopfloor. She’s worked in research for 13 years, across agency and client-side roles (for Three then The Financial Times) and has been at Boxclever for almost four years now. Victoria has become Boxclever’s “segmentation queen,” establishing best practice for conducting and activating segmentations for all sorts of clients. Through her research methods and outputs Victoria loves embracing the psychology of beautiful content and using the principles of graphic design (i.e., banging the drum for proper formatting and creatively designed content).
