Ric is head of customer insight at Nest. He has a lifelong career in research and analysis, working in sectors including telecommunications, utilities, transport, spirits and financial services. Ric’s career shows real diversity, experience managing international tracking studies on preference and usage of mobile phones and whisky (not at the same time!), developing customer satisfaction programs, NPD in the building industry and specialist binoculars for bird-watchers. At Nest Ric has led on customer insight initiatives which have supported development of Nest’s products, service and communications, including their voice of the customer program and Nest’s Your Way member research community.
