Lucy joined the Wendy’s Company in 2019 as the lead in international consumer insights. Lucy and her team are responsible for gathering consumer learnings to support ongoing new product development, brand growth initiatives and new market assessments. As a global citizen herself, she is passionate about the similarities and differences among global consumers. With a background in scientific research, restaurant management and brand management, she is able to combine her skills to design tests and experiments and gather quality insights from global consumers. Lucy has two master’s degree in medical dietetics and business administration from the Ohio State University.
