Lee is a social and public policy researcher with a rich career in applied research. She has held senior posts split across both the research agency/consultant side and the commissioning side. Lee has worked closely with a wide range of stakeholders such as policy makers, campaigners, communications experts and economists. Before joining the Behavioural Science and Insights Unit in 2023, Lee was the interim behavioral insights manager at the Football Association leading a number of strategic projects. Lee is a trustee of the educational charity the Social Research Association and is also a member of the Market Research Society (MRS).
