Joost started his career at Funda, the biggest housing platform of the Netherlands. As a business partner for realtors, he advised them how to use the digital platform to get the most out of it. Eight years later, Crowdtech presented itself as an interesting opportunity to change from real estate to market research. With a lot of experience in SaaS and customer success, Joost became responsible for the customer success department at Crowdtech. His team is in daily contact with the users of the platform, so he can speak with firsthand knowledge about their experiences.
