Deon leads strategic insight projects at AXA UK. He led the production of the AXA UK Customer Lifestyle Report which garnered nationwide coverage since its launch in July 2023. He has experience across the insurance and legal services sectors since finishing a degree in business and politics at Aston University in 2021. Deon enjoys getting to know and building relationships various stakeholders inside and outside of the business to maximize the value of data and insights to AXA UK and generating action off the back of these.
