Bri is a senior business director at Human8 and has worked closely with the team at Nest in driving forward the Your Way community since its incepton. Bri specializes in financial services research and has a particular interest in human-centered financial service design and the principles that underpin this, as well as customer closeness strategies.  Bri has been in the industry for over 15 years and was recently acknowledged as an MRS Research Hero for his work around diversity and inclusion within Human8.
