Driven by a desire to understand consumer behavior through data, Amishi’s career journey began at MTV, leading her to PepsiCo’s data and analytics team. She pursued a more entrepreneurial path at AOL and Affinnova before co-founding Nailbiter. As CEO, she merges business, digital and analytics expertise. Beyond business, Amishi mentors young women and her daughters in Northern Virginia.
