Steven leads the Leeds Building Society research department, maximizing his 10-year client-side industry experience across B2B and B2C. He works with leading partners and agencies across the industry to bring the needs of the customer to the heart of the organization.

Steven became AURA director of events and awards in 2018, responsible for delivering webinars, seminars, conference content (Quirk’s) and the AURA awards. AURA supports members though the sharing of ideas, knowledge and agency recommendations while also supporting the wider industry. Alongside spearheading the AURAs he a regular judge of both the AURAs and MRS Awards.
