Mamta S. Gupta is head of global strategic intelligence at J.P. Morgan Payments. She comes with extensive experience in strategy using research and analytics as tools within a corporate environment. She has managed market research with J.P. Morgan for 11 years, leading benchmarking, brand studies, product development studies, client studies, focus groups and client debriefs to name a few. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mamta has led teams in IBM, AT&T, Nortel and while consulting. She has strong analytical background, with an MBA, an M.S. in econometrics and a B.S. in statistics.
