Kate Brelsford is a medical anthropologist and public health professional. She made the logical leap from academic research career to theme park career in 2020 and has spent the past few years building an ethnographic research program at Universal Destinations and Experiences. She uses a holistic anthropological approach to understand and address complex organizational and guest issues.
