Jeff Walkowski is the principal of QualCore, providing traditional and online qualitative research services to a wide range of industries.  He was schooled as a quantitative specialist in the 1980s and evolved into a qualitative specialist by the mid-1990s.  His specialty is online qualitative.  He has conducted over 1,000 online sessions (real-time text chats, video chats and multi-day discussion boards); he has spoken about online qualitative at conferences worldwide; he is a respected moderator trainer, and in 2023 he published “Mr. Online’s Playbook – 125 Pro Tips for Online Qualitative Projects.”
