Daron Sharps is a multimethod, multidisciplinary researcher of human behavior who currently leads Pinterest’s inquiries into inspiration – what inspiration really is, how it happens, and why it matters. Before joining Pinterest, Daron earned a PhD in organizational psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Her academic research focuses on diversity and inclusion, judgment and decision-making and power and status. Daron’s findings have been featured in outlets like Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Behavioral Scientist, Forbes, The Guardian and Harvard Business Review.
