Sharon is an insight manager at one of the U.K.’s biggest building societies and part of AURA’s 2023 client research team of the year. Sharon is an experienced researcher with 15 years of agency and client-side experience, covering multiple business sectors. She’s an advocate of weaving in behavioral science and techniques that tease out subconscious reactions in all the research she does. Sharon’s also passionate about promoting research and the customer voice across Coventry Building Society whenever possible through initiatives such as customer closeness weeks.
