James has over 30 years of market research experience, having worked with clients across a range of sectors and across the four corners of the globe. Prior to founding MDI, James spent 12 years at TNS where he held a variety of global roles. James is passionate about the impact of mobile on consumer behavior and customization of research for mobile. He strives to develop and provide research solutions that focus on the user experience, as well as bringing insightful and actionable information, along with efficiencies for businesses.
