I am head of insight at Cambridge University Press & Assessment focusing on English-language learning and assessment. I started my career in 2012 on the agency side and remained in agency-side roles until 2019 when I decided to make the switch to the client side and have been working at Cambridge University Press & Assessment as head of insight since then. I am an experienced and passionate insight professional, have a keen eye for detail and love to take risks and try new things that, I hope, will lead to deeper and more thoughtful insight generation, communication and implementation.
