I think about customers first and what it takes to attract and keep them – using design, branding, advertising and unique online and offline experiences. But brand-building today is also about what we do, not just what we say, so I work with business stakeholders to fulfill that customer expectation collaboratively – building products and programs that are truly meaningful to the customer.
