Billy Fletcher, global director of human insights at the Coca-Cola Company, focuses on human behavior to drive global innovation in ready-to-drink alcohol, ready-to-drink coffee and other ventures.  Intertwining human sensibilities with business realities, Billy helps shape marketing, product innovation, brand development and channel execution. A UGA MMR, Billy started out in menu development at Applebee’s, spent time in hospitality with IHG and has spent a healthy chunk of career time at Coca-Cola (twice).
