Melissa Davies has been a leader and innovator in social intelligence for more than 15 years. She leads global social intelligence at Mondelēz International, with previous experience in social intelligence roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer and Nielsen BuzzMetrics. Melissa has a passion for using social insights to look beyond brand sentiment monitoring, to understand key consumer moments, tensions and needs. She was recognized by The Social Intelligence Lab as one of the Top 50 most influential people in social analytics for 2022 and 2023.
