Stephen Williams

Head of Insight, Engagement and Consultation, Arden and GEM CSU and Midlands and Lancashire CSU

Stephen has worked in the NHS for the last nine years and leads on the design, management and delivery of public and patient engagement and involvement to support service redesign and reconfiguration. He has designed initial engagement, options appraisal and consultation to ensure they follow best-practice guidance. He specializes in the analysis and reporting of data to produce insightful reports which commissioners use to shape their decision-making. Before joining the NHS, he completed his Ph.D. in social science research and worked in academia.
