Stephen founded Oomph in 2005, acquired Decision Juice in 2009 and is globally recognized as a specialist in CX-driven transformation projects and digital innovation.
Stephen has advised at a senior level across public and private sector organizations worldwide, and is an instigator of technology innovation and international research studies into behavior change.
Stephen is very active in the community with a particular interest in sustainability, the environment and in creating a wellbeing economy. He has recently spearheaded a project for the Wellbeing Economy Alliance – a global collaboration of organizations, alliances and individuals working to transform the economic system.
