For the last 13 years, Diana has driven strategic insight at De Beers Group, encompassing global consumer, customer and trade insight. She is a seasoned market researcher and before joining De Beers she spent about 20 years in the market research industry working for different sectors across a range of solutions. Diana’s current burning ambition is to unlock the full potential of big-data analytics and automation in the insight generation process. Diana holds an MBA from UEL, London and is a full member of the U.K. Market Research Society and a member of ESOMAR.
